Refund & Return
At Pets Air Purifier, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
- Returns must be initiated within30 daysfrom the date of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (if marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase)
- Used, damaged, or altered products
- Items purchased through unauthorized retailers or third-party sellers
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at furknight@petsairpurifier.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).
- Pack the item securely and include the RMA number inside the package.
- Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Rejected Returns: If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we will notify you and offer to ship the item back to you at your expense.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us at furknight@petsairpurifier.com with details about the issue. We will provide instructions for exchanging your item and cover the shipping costs if the error is on our part.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at furknight@petsairpurifier.comfor further assistance.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at furknight@petsairpurifier.com with photos of the damage and your order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund, including covering any shipping costs associated with the return.
9. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may be eligible to receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
